Coaching Session Fees
30 minutes: $55.00
60 minutes: $85.00
(Typically coaching sessions take between 30 and 60 minutes)

A telephone or in-person coaching session with Woody McMahon is not intended to substitute for medical care and/or a visit to your physician. Woody will discuss movement and exercise and will focus on safety and effectiveness for your particular
situation. Medication and/or diet will be discussed but only in the broadest terms. Although much can be gained through a coaching session, there is no substitute for personal medical care.
