Exercise and Activity

The best way to live longer and feel better is through regular exercise. To get the most possible benefits with the least amount of time, any exercise program should be designed for you.

 

Three key components that are important to a well designed exercise program are functional strength, balance and flexibility. Osteoporosis and osteopenia programs require special changes and precautions.  

 

During our consultation I will:

  • Review your current exercise program and make suggestions on how to improve it or create a whole new one if indicated
  • Develop a safe and effective exercise program that will work for you
  • Discuss how to easily integrate these new improvements into your weekly activity program    

Healthy Eating

Basic nutrition is the foundation of any better health program. Eating healthier foods is not as hard as it may seem. Osteoporosis and weight loss programs do not require special changes or preparation as many believe.

 

During our consultation I will:

  • Review your current nutritional program and make simple suggestions on how to improve it
  • Discuss ways to simplify healthy eating so it does not become too complicated or laborious
  • Offer suggestions and tools for shopping, meal preparation and planning to maximize taste and nutrition

 

Consultation fees:

15 minutes - $25
30 minutes - $49
60 minutes - $90
