The BoneSafe Network Foundation's Mission
The BoneSafe network foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated
to providing safe and effective exercise programs, healthy lifestyle
workshops and support groups for people who want to prevent or have
been diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis.
The Foundation will offer the first nationwide network of BoneSafe exercise
programs developed and delivered by a physical therapist and personal trainer
team. Your team will get you on the safest, most effective exercise program
available for your bones and your body. Your program will be based on the
latest scientific evidence eliminating any guesswork and trial and error.
